company overview

Founded in May 2005 nohome.org was created to provide options to the thousands of international refugee families entering the United States each year.

Upon arriving in the United States each individual refugee is given approximately 4 months of temporary assistance from our government to get their lives in order. Yet for the many that do arrive few if any, speak our language, nor have the skills necessary to gain meaningful employment. And they instead find themselves once again without a home.

The goal of nohome.org is to provide options today that will lay a solid foundation for our new arrivals to build upon.

Our plan is simple; Learn Work Live.

Learn: Skills that matter most

Put simply our goal is to provide the skills that matter most in today’s economy. You need a website and we have the people to build it. In training refugees the basics of website design, we are providing them with the opportunity to grow and to provide for their families.

Work: Jobs that make sense

Those that have excelled and are interested will be offered a salaried position in one of our companies, providing services including website design, graphic design, network administration, sales and administrative roles.

Live: Building Communities

With the money earned from the design and development of your website, home will be built by those who need them most. Once built, they will have the opportunity to purchase and grow a community they can truly be proud of.
